Interiors that look exactly like the render

I design homes and commercial spaces from the first brief to the finished room, using only real products and proven techniques. What you approve in 3D is what you live in.

Render vs Reality

The same rooms in 3D and after completion. Camera angles differ a little; the design is the same.

About

I have spent fifteen years turning briefs into homes, and I measure success by one thing: the finished room matches the drawing.

I work in any style, from dark minimalism to soft classic. I start with the client's lifestyle, taste and budget, and I enjoy new materials and new ideas. Every item in my projects is a product you can actually buy, so procurement is a list, not a search.

After years of practice in Russia I am now based in Dubai. I speak Russian natively and work in English, which helps with the city's large Russian-speaking client base.

Journal

Three things I hold to on every project.

On realism

A render is a promise

A beautiful visualization is easy. A visualization that can be built, on budget and on time, is the actual job.

Clients fall in love with the 3D images. Then reality arrives: the sofa from the picture does not exist, the tile is discontinued, the lamp costs three times more. The client ends up with a different room from the one they approved.

I avoid this by designing only with products that exist and can be ordered. Every chair, tile and fixture in my renders has a supplier and a price. Wall finishes and joinery are drawn the way a contractor can build them.

This is why I can put photographs of finished projects next to the original renders. The render is a promise, and my job is to keep it.

On money

The budget is part of the brief

A budget is not a limit on the design. It is one of the conditions the design has to meet, like the size of the room.

I ask about the budget at the first meeting and plan the whole project around it. Then I decide with the client where money makes the biggest difference.

Usually that is the things you touch every day: the kitchen worktop, the mattress, the bathroom fittings, good lighting. A decorative accent can often be a smart, inexpensive find without anyone noticing.

A design that goes over budget gets cut halfway through, and cuts made in a hurry are always the wrong ones. A design that fits the budget gets finished.

On taste

Your home, not my portfolio

I do not have a signature style that I put into every home. I have a method for finding yours.

My projects range from a dark graphite apartment to a soft pink nursery and a hammam with a starry ceiling. They look different because the people living in them are different.

I start with how you live: who cooks, who works from home, where the children play, how much you store, what you collect. Style comes after that, and it should fit the life, not the other way around.

Not sure what your style is yet? That is a good place to start our conversation.
